This isn’t a coastal short-let zone. After a family-let or short stay, we strip the beds, remake them if clean sheets are waiting in the cupboard, and walk through every room in order. Kitchens get degreased and the fridge wiped; bathrooms are scrubbed and restocked only with what’s already there; floors are vacuumed then mopped; bins go out. Then we send you a small batch of WhatsApp photos so you can see the place before the next check-in — no surprises for you or the guest.
Timing windows that fit a residential block
Strovolos rarely runs on 11am-checkout, 3pm-checkin pressure the way coastal towns do. That said, long-let endings and new arrivals still clash. We plan around your access window — most one- and two-bedroom flats take two to four hours on site. Tell us your slot on WhatsApp and we lock it in. Linen and laundry, handled honestly
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves. If a Strovolos flat has a linen cupboard stacked with fresh sets, we rotate them in. If it’s empty, we photograph what we find and ask before doing anything, so you’re never hit with a surprise.
End-of-tenancy and deposit-ready resets
When a long let ends on a Strovolos family home, the reset is heavier — appliance interiors, skirting, light fittings, sometimes a garden sweep on the houses near Athalassa. We quote those from photos because the condition sets the hours, not the square metres. Send a few pictures and what the landlord needs back and we’ll send a clear number.
