End-of-tenancy cleaning in Limassol

Limassol doesn’t have a real off-season. So the handovers here never stop — and each one needs the place back in the condition a deposit depends on.

That’s the work we do. The oven, the appliance interiors, the fixtures, the grout, the skirting — the spots a landlord walks on key handover day, not the bits a quick tidy catches.

What the deposit-focused reset goes at

This is a deep handover clean, built around what gets checked at move-out. We go inside the oven and the hob, the fridge interior, the inside of cupboards and wardrobes. Bathrooms get descaled and the grout scrubbed, tiles and mirrors done, taps and fixtures brought back. Skirting boards, light fittings, switches, sockets, door frames, and reachable windows all get wiped. Floors are vacuumed and mopped through. Then we walk it once more and send photos on WhatsApp before we leave.

A turnover cleans for the next short-let guest in a few hours. End-of-tenancy cleaning goes deeper and takes longer, because the goal is different: a flat or apartment returned in handover condition, not flipped for a same-day arrival. Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property — we don’t supply the items ourselves. On most move-out cleans there’s no linen change at all. If clean replacements are on site and you want them placed, say so when you book.

End-of-tenancy and deep cleans are quoted from photos, because two Limassol flats that look similar can be very different jobs. Small apartments usually start from about €45 for a standard clean; a full deposit-focused handover deep clean is priced separately.
