One crew for your whole short-let portfolio

Running short-lets across Cyprus usually means juggling three or four cleaners in different towns, three WhatsApp threads, and three sets of excuses when something slips. We’re built to be the one thread you keep. A studio off Makariou in Nicosia on a Tuesday, a seafront flat in Limassol on a Friday, a villa above Fig Tree Bay on the weekend — same crew, same standard, same photos landing on your phone. You stop managing cleaners and start reading confirmations.

Send the turnover on WhatsApp and we’ll quote it, then send the photos when it’s done. That’s the whole loop.

How a turnover works on our side

We treat each turnover as a reset, not a tidy. The guest before left sand in the bed, oil on the hob, and a coffee ring on the balcony table — we walk it, work through it, and finish with a walk-through before the camera comes out. Floors mopped, surfaces wiped, kitchen and bathroom reset to a standard a five-star review notices. We sweep balconies and terraces where access is safe, and we’ll flag anything broken or missing before you find out from the next guest’s review.

When you want more than the standard reset — an oven pull-out, a balcony deep-clean, window tracks after a Saharan dust week — we add it to the quote. Nothing gets quietly skipped.

Bedsheets, towels, and what we need from you

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves. So before each turnover, make sure a clean set is waiting at the property for every bed and bathroom. If we arrive and the replacements aren’t there, we photograph the bare bed and message you before changing anything — no assumptions, no charge for a change we couldn’t do.

Booking rhythm for hosts with more than one listing

If you’ve got two or three listings scattered across the south — say a flat in Larnaca for airport-adjacent guests, a place in Limassol for city breakers, and a Protaras villa for summer families — the rhythm matters more than any single clean. We’ll take your booking calendar, line up the turnovers, and cover the runs week to week. Peak season on the coast from June through September gets tight; the earlier you send the dates, the more reliably we hold the slot. Quieter weeks in Nicosia year-round we can usually fit around a day’s notice.

Message the dates you’ve got booked and we’ll tell you straight away which runs we can lock.

Coverage across the south coast and the capital

We clean short-lets in Larnaca (Finikoudes, Mackenzie, Oroklini, Kiti, Pyla), Limassol (the marina, the seafront, Germasogeia), Nicosia (the centre, Engomi, Strovolos), Ayia Napa and Protaras (Nissi, Fig Tree Bay, Pernera, Kapparis), and Paralimni. That’s the arc from the capital down to the south-east tip — one driving route we know well. Send the area and we’ll confirm we can take it.

Same-day cover, when the diary allows

A guest extends, a cleaner cancels, a check-in moves forward three hours — it happens every week in short-lets. Same-day cover is on request when our diary allows, never a promise we print on a page. Send the location, the access window, and what needs doing, and we’ll tell you in minutes whether we can get there. Small apartments usually start from about €45; a same-day turn carries an extra fee we name at the quote, not afterwards.
