Aradippou sits inland, off the coastal strip, and the housing shows it. Gardens, patios, and the outdoor stuff
A detached Aradippou house usually comes with a patio, a utility area, and often a real garden out back. We sweep the hard surfaces, wipe down the outdoor furniture, and reset the patio so it doesn’t look like the previous tenant just vanished. The garden itself — hedges, lawn, planting — that stays a gardener’s job. If it’s overgrown when we turn up, we’ll snap a photo and flag it to you rather than guess at it.
Bedsheets, towels, and linen
Linen rule stays simple: we change sheets and towels when clean replacements are already at the property. If you want us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — priced on who’s providing what. When the replacement pile runs short — and it does, after a tenant’s been using their own bedding — we photograph the bare mattress and check with you before changing anything. We quote per job from photos. A flat rate doesn’t work when the work swings from a tight 3-bed closer to the centre to a five-bed with a garden out toward Kampia — they’re just different days. Size, bedroom and bathroom count, how the place’s been left, garden access, and whether linen needs changing all push the number.
