Dhekelia villas usually have a patio or a garden facing the coastal road. We sweep the hard surfaces, wipe down the outdoor furniture, and reset the space. The coastal-road location means more road dust and salt air than properties further inland, and we account for that in how we approach surfaces and windows. We don’t garden — no hedge trimming, no lawn mowing. If the garden’s overgrown, we photograph it and flag it.
Bedsheets, towels, and linen after a long stay
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. After a longer stay the linen situation varies — sometimes the occupants used the owner’s set, sometimes their own. If the replacements run short or the cupboard’s unclear when we arrive, we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything. No guessing, no surprise charges.

Quoted per job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a 3-bed base-area house and a 5-bed coastal villa are such different jobs. Bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, length of last occupancy, and timing all move the number. Small apartments usually start from about €45 — base-area villas sit higher and are quoted individually.
