The larger properties here sit on the airport perimeter, and they exist because of the terminal next door — family homes for airport staff, multi-bed shared houses for aircrew and base-adjacent contractors, and the occasional longer-stay let for workers on a rotation. These aren’t properties that sit empty between summer bookings. They’re lived in, hard, by people on shift schedules. The wear shows it: kitchens that get used at all hours, bathrooms with heavy traffic, and floors that carry boot-mud in winter.

A villa clean here resets that kind of wear. We don’t walk in expecting a show home — we expect a working property, and we put it back so the next occupants walk into something that feels looked after.

Shared crew houses and occupant changes

A multi-bed crew house turns over differently from a family home. Multiple occupants mean heavier kitchen use, a bathroom that’s seen constant traffic, and bedrooms that each need a full strip-and-reset. Tell us how many people lived there and how long they stayed, and we scale the reset to that. A four-bed shared house after a six-week rotation is a different job from a two-bed after a weekend — we quote accordingly.

Airport-perimeter dust

Properties sitting on the flight-path perimeter get more particulate settling than homes further inland — it’s the reality of living next to a working airport. That shows up as a fine dust on surfaces and floors that builds faster than you’d expect. We account for it in how we approach the clean — wiping surfaces down rather than just dusting, and giving floors a proper mop rather than a quick sweep.

Bedsheets, towels, and linen

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. In a shared crew house that’s often four or more beds’ worth of linen. If the replacements run short — common after a rotation changeover — we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything. No guessing, no surprise charges.

How a Dromolaxia villa clean is priced

Quoted per job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a 3-bed family home and a 4-bed shared crew house are such different jobs. Bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, occupancy, and timing all move the number. Small apartments usually start from about €45 — larger properties sit higher and are quoted individually. Send photos and the room counts and you’ll get a clear figure back.
