Bigger lets on the front, not flats

Most people picture a studio or a one-bed when they think of a Finikoudes let. But the strip and the streets behind it hold bigger properties too — seafront townhouses spread across three or four levels, the larger lets tucked behind Laiki Geitonia, and the occasional rooftop-terrace place with views straight down the promenade. Those don’t turn over like a flat. There are external stairs caked in salt, a top terrace catching everything the wind blows in, and three floors of sand to sweep before the place is guest-ready.

A villa clean on the front is built for that scale. We don’t treat it like a flat that happens to be tall — we treat it as a multi-level property with real outdoor exposure, and we work it top to bottom.

What a seafront townhouse clean covers

  • Every level — bedrooms stripped and remade when clean linen is at the property, bathrooms sanitised on each floor
  • Kitchen — full reset, because a larger let usually means a fuller kitchen after a group stay
  • Living and dining — dusted, vacuumed, mopped, on every level
  • Stairs and internal hallways — vacuumed and mopped through, the handrails wiped
  • Sea-facing windows and glass — cleaned inside, wiped where reachable outside
  • Terraces and external stairs — swept and wiped where access is safe
  • Final walk-through — then photos on WhatsApp

It’s a multi-level seafront reset, not a quick tidy for a studio.

Salt, wind, and the outdoor exposure

A townhouse on the Finikoudes front takes more weather than a flat one road back. Salt spray crusts on the external staircase and the balcony rails, wind blows sand and grit onto the rooftop terrace, and the sea-facing glass gets cloudy faster than windows anywhere else in Larnaca. We wipe down the external surfaces where it’s safe to reach, clean the sea-facing windows, and clear the terraces.

We don’t do height work — if something needs a ladder above ground level or roof-edge access, we photograph it and flag it to you. That’s a specialist job, and we won’t pretend otherwise.

Bedsheets, towels, and linen on a group let

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. In a three-storey townhouse that’s often four or five beds’ worth of linen after a group booking. If the clean set runs short — common after a full house — we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything. No guesswork, no surprise charges.

How a Finikoudes villa clean is priced

Quoted per job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a three-storey seafront townhouse and a two-bed behind Laiki Geitonia are such different jobs. Levels, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace access, and condition all move the number. Small apartments usually start from about €45 — seafront townhouses sit well above that and are quoted individually.
