Mackenzie is mostly known for its apartment blocks — the tight-turnover flats that sit minutes from the airport. But on the streets closer to the sand, there’s a run of bigger properties: multi-bedroom holiday houses, beachside townhouses, and the larger lets that groups book for a week in August. These don’t clean like a flat. There’s more sand, more salt exposure, more floors, and the fine dust that aircraft vibration settles on every surface.

A villa clean here is built for that heavier load. We work the whole house — every bedroom, every bathroom, every floor — and we clear the outdoor exposure that comes with sitting right on the beach strip.

Salt, sand, and aircraft dust

A house on the Mackenzie strip gets hit from two directions. The sea throws salt onto the sea-facing walls, windows, and outdoor furniture. And the flight path overhead settles a fine dust on every flat surface, faster than you’d expect — it’s the constant aircraft vibration that does it. We wipe down the surfaces, clean the sea-facing glass inside and out where reachable, and clear the dust before the next booking walks in.

Anything involving roof-edge access, external height work, or the upper external walls gets flagged to you — that’s a specialist job. We don’t take risks with height.

Bedsheets, towels, and linen on a group booking

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. In a 4-bed beach house after a group of eight, that’s a lot of linen. If the clean set runs short — common after a full house — we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything. No guessing, no surprise charges.

How a Mackenzie villa clean is priced

Quoted per job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a 2-bed townhouse and a 4-bed beach house with a rooftop terrace are such different jobs. Bedrooms, bathrooms, floors, outdoor access, and condition all move the number. Small apartments usually start from about €45 — beach houses sit well above that and are quoted individually. Send photos and the room counts and you’ll get a clear figure back.
