A villa that’s been closed since October doesn’t need the same reset as one that turned over last week. There’s months of dust, salt crust on the outdoor furniture, stale air, and the cobwebs that settle in when nobody’s been through the door.

Patios, BBQ areas, and the outdoor reset
A Pervolia villa’s outdoor space gets heavy summer use — guests live out there. We sweep the patio, wipe down and reset the outdoor furniture, and clear the BBQ area. On the BBQ we scrape the frame, wipe the surrounds, and reset the space around it. We don’t service gas lines, replace parts, or deep-clean the grill internals — that’s a specialist. We clear the mess and flag anything that looks off.
We don’t garden. If the hedges have grown across the patio over winter or the lawn’s out of control, we photograph it and flag it. A gardener handles that.
The first-open clean, explained
The first clean of the season is a different job. After months closed, a Pervolia villa needs airing, dusting through every room, the kitchen appliances checked and cleaned, the bathrooms descaled, and the outdoor furniture brought back from storage-state. It takes longer than a between-bookings reset, and it’s priced accordingly. If you’ve got the first guests arriving on a set date, tell us and we’ll go in ahead of them — then send photos before the handover.
Bedsheets, towels, and linen
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder them, that’s our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. In a Pervolia villa that’s often three or four beds’ worth. If the replacements run short — common at the start of a season when the owner’s stock isn’t there yet — we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything.

Quoted per job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a compact 3-bed near Faros and a 5-bed with a sea-facing garden are such different jobs. Bedrooms, bathrooms, patio size, and whether it’s a first-open or a between-bookings reset all move the number.
