Villa cleaning in Protaras

A villa isn’t a flat with more rooms — it’s a different scale of clean. More bedrooms and bathrooms, stairs, outdoor kitchens, dining terraces, and a poolside that has to look right. We reset Protaras villas between guests to a standard that holds up whether it’s a family of four or a group of twelve.

What a villa clean covers

  • Bedrooms — all of them, stripped and remade when clean linen is at the property
  • Bathrooms — every one sanitised, mirrors clean, restocked with what’s there
  • Kitchen — full reset, appliances inside and out, bins, floors
  • Living and dining — dusted, vacuumed, mopped, across all levels
  • Stairs and hallways — vacuumed and mopped
  • Outdoors — poolside swept, outdoor furniture tidied, where access allows
  • Final walk-through — then photos, on WhatsApp

Pools and outdoor areas

We tidy the poolside, sweep terraces, and reset outdoor furniture. We don’t chemically treat or service the pool itself — that’s a pool specialist’s job. If the pool looks off when we arrive, we photograph it and flag it to you.

Bedsheets, towels, and laundry

We change bedsheets and towels when clean replacements are already at the property. We don’t supply them ourselves. In a villa that often means a lot of linen — if replacements are short, we photograph what’s missing and message you before changing anything.

How villa cleaning is priced

Villas are quoted on the job from photos. There’s no honest flat rate when a 3-bedroom villa and a 6-bedroom villa are such different amounts of work. Send photos, the bedroom and bathroom count, and we’ll quote a clear number.
