A strip that never really empties
Most tourist resorts go quiet after October. Germasogeia doesn’t. The seafront apartment blocks here are a mix — expats who live in them full-time, short-let guests cycling through weekly, and the Dassoudi blue-flag beach crowds packing the sand in the warm months. Guest turnover keeps happening in November, February, April. So a crew that only shows up in summer doesn’t really work here.

Sand, salt, and front-line balconies
A flat one street back from the sea gets dusty. A flat on the front line gets sand, salt spray, and wet footprints tracked straight off Dassoudi onto the tiles. The sea-facing balconies gather grit that the breeze never quite clears. Shower glass fogs with salt residue. Bedding picks up the smell of sunscreen and the beach faster than a normal rental.
That’s the reality we clean for on this strip — not a generic apartment refresh. The reset covers the kitchen and appliances, the bathrooms and shower glass, beds stripped and remade, floors mopped of the grit guests walk in, and the balcony swept where access is safe. Every job ends with photo proof in your WhatsApp thread before the next guest’s key handover.
Between checkout and check-in on the strip
The tourist-area blocks run tight. A guest checks out at 11:00, the next lands at 15:00, and the unit has to look like nobody was there. We’re set up for that gap — send both times and we tell you straight if it fits the diary. Often it does; sometimes it doesn’t, and we’d rather say no than rush it.
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property — we don’t supply the items ourselves. If the clean set isn’t there when we arrive, we photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything. No guessing on your end.
Year-round hosts, not just summer operators
A lot of Germasogeia hosts run their flats 12 months a year — the expat residents and winter sun crowd keep bookings coming outside peak season. That means your cleaner has to be dependable in February, not just August. We work the strip in every season, and we send photo proof after every job so you’re not flying blind from wherever you are.

What it costs and where we cover
Pricing is per job, not a flat rate. Small apartments usually start from about €45, and the final figure moves with size, condition, how tight the window is, and any linen changeover. Send the block, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a couple of photos on WhatsApp and you’ll get a clear number back.
