End-of-tenancy cleaning in Larnaca
Larnaca runs on flight times. A tenant leaves, a landlord takes the keys back, and the flat has to come back in handover condition — not tidied, deep-cleaned. We handle that reset across the city for landlords, tenants, and letting agents.
Most of our end-of-tenancy work here is long-lets and landlord handovers. Beach flats at Finikoudes and Mackenzie turning over after a long stay. Family places in Oroklini, Pyla, and Aradippou when a tenant moves out. And the airport-side flats in Dromolaxia and Kiti where the handover is pegged to a flight.
What a move-out clean covers
- Kitchen — oven, hob, extractor, inside the fridge and cupboards, surfaces, floors
- Bathrooms — descaled, sanitised, tiles and grout, mirrors, fixtures
- Bedrooms and living areas — dusted including skirting and high spots, vacuumed, mopped
- Windows — cleaned where reachable
- Walls and doors — marks wiped where possible
- Fixtures — light fittings, switches, sockets wiped
- Final walk-through — then photos, on WhatsApp

How it differs from a turnover
A turnover cleans for the next guest in a few hours. An end-of-tenancy clean goes deeper and takes longer, because the goal is different — a flat returned in the condition a deposit depends on. If you run short-lets too, we can do both, but tell us which one this booking is.
Bedsheets and towels
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property — we don’t supply the items ourselves. For most end-of-tenancy cleans there’s no linen change at all. If replacements are there and you want them changed, say so when you book.

How move-out cleaning is priced
End-of-tenancy and deep cleans are quoted from photos, because condition varies a lot — a lightly-lived-in flat is a different job from one that needs real work. Small flats usually start from about €45 for a standard clean; a full handover deep clean is priced separately. Send size, condition, and a couple of photos, and we’ll quote a clear number.
