Move-out cleans for Livadia landlords

The flats up here don’t behave like the Finikoudes short-lets. A tenant stays a year, sometimes two, and by the time they hand the keys back the place has the wear a long let always leaves — the oven that’s never been pulled out, the cupboards holding a year of grease, the limescale the regular cleaner didn’t touch. That’s the job we take on. We work through the deposit-deduction list: the oven inside and out, the hob and extractor, the fridge interior, the cupboards emptied and wiped, bathrooms descaled to the grout, skirting boards, door frames, switches and sockets. Anything a landlord walks the flat checking, we’ve already gone at.

This is a handover reset, not a tidy. The point is to hand the place back in the condition a deposit rides on.

Why this area means more move-out work

Livadia sits north of the centre on the way to Touzla — residential blocks, working families, and a high share of long-term lets rather than holiday flats. That mix shows up in our diary. Where Mackenzie and Finikoudes keep us in between-guest turnovers, Livadia is where the move-out jobs cluster: a tenant giving notice, a landlord taking keys back, an agent prepping for the next viewing. The streets here run on tenancy dates, not flight schedules, so we plan around the inventory and handover day you give us. If you manage a few of these lets across north Larnaca, we’ll hold the thread for all of them in one WhatsApp chat.

Tenant or landlord — who books it

Both sides bring us in, for opposite reasons. A tenant books us before the landlord’s inspection, so the flat lands deposit-ready and there’s less to argue over. A landlord or agent books us after a tenant leaves, to reset the place between long-lets or dress it for a viewing. We don’t pick a side. Tell us who you are and what the inspection checklist looks like, and we’ll point the clean at that. Either way, photo proof lands on your WhatsApp when we finish.

Linen, and what we don’t bring

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves. On a Livadia move-out it rarely comes up — most long-let tenants use their own linen and take it with them. If the flat holds a landlord’s linen set and you want it changed for the next tenancy, leave clean replacements there and tell us in the booking. We’ll swap them and photograph the made bed.

Photo proof before you sign off

Before anyone closes out the deposit, you should see the place. After the final walk-through we send dated photos to your WhatsApp — the clean oven, the descaled bathroom, the emptied and wiped cupboards, the floors. If a tenant is using it to back a deposit return, or a landlord is using it to justify a deduction, the photos are there either way. That’s how the crew closes every job, not an extra.

Pricing a Livadia handover clean

We quote move-out cleans from photos, because two flats of the same size can be wildly different jobs. A flat that was looked after needs a reset; one left in a state needs real work. Small apartments usually start from about €45 for a standard clean, and a full deposit-focused handover deep clean is priced on top of that. Send the size, the condition, and a few photos on WhatsApp — we come back with one clear number.

Same-day cover on request when our diary allows. Tell us the handover date early and we’ll tell you if the slot is there.
