General cleaning is the turnover — the clean that puts a property back to ready between one person leaving and the next arriving. We walk every room, every surface, every floor. Nothing skipped.
In the kitchen we wipe down worktops, clean the outside of appliances, empty bins, and mop the floor. Bathrooms get sanitised, mirrors polished, and whatever’s already stocked at the property put back in place. Bedrooms are stripped and remade when clean linen is sitting there. Living areas get dusted, vacuumed, and mopped. Balconies are swept where access allows. Then a final walk-through — and photos on WhatsApp, every time.
General cleaning vs hostready cleanup
Two packages, one clear line between them. General cleaning is the base clean above — surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, balconies, walk-through, photo proof. It covers a bedsheet and towel changeover when clean replacements are already at the property.
Hostready cleanup goes further. It adds the restock of essential items — the toilet paper, soap, coffee, and basics a guest expects on arrival — plus linen supply and laundry. If we need to bring bedsheets and towels, or wash what’s there, that work lives in hostready cleanup, charged based on who provides it. Not sure which you need? Bedsheets, towels, and laundry
Bedsheets and towels: free to change when clean sets are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder linen, it’s part of our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. Missing clean replacements when we arrive? We photograph the bare bed and the gaps, message you before touching anything, and either skip the changeover or call it in — your call.
Same-day and last-minute
Plans shift. A cleaner cancels, a booking flips, a tenant leaves early. Same-day general cleaning is on request when our diary allows — not a promise. What it costs
Small apartments usually start from about €45. The final price moves with size, condition, access, timing, and any linen changeover. It’s priced per job, not per hour. Send the area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a couple of photos and we’ll quote a clear number — no guessing.
