A general clean gets the place visually right — surfaces, bathrooms, floors, bins. But it leaves the host doing the quiet jobs: counting coffee pods, running out for toilet roll at midnight, picking up dirty sheets on the way to the next checkout. Hostready cleanup absorbs all of that. We do the full clean, then restock the essentials and handle the linen — so the place is genuinely guest-ready, not just clean-ready. It’s the hostready tier, for hosts who’d rather one crew run the whole reset.

What’s included

Everything in the general cleaning reset, plus two layers on top:

  • Full property clean — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, balconies, floors. The same standard as a turnover.
  • Essential items restocked — toilet roll, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, coffee, tea, bin liners. Your list or a sensible default.
  • Linen handled — changeover when clean sets are at the property, or supply and laundry when they’re not. See the tiers below.
  • Final walk-through — then photos of every room and the restocked shelves, on WhatsApp.

How it differs from general cleaning

General cleaning strips and remakes beds only when clean linen is already there, and restocks with whatever’s on site. Enough for a lot of turnovers. Hostready cleanup adds the two things that make a listing self-sufficient across a season: consumables topped to a guest-ready level, and linen handled as a service, not a hope-it’s-there. One flat with a cupboard of clean sheets and a supply stockpile? General cleaning covers it. A listing where linen sometimes needs laundering or sourcing, or where restocking keeps falling on you — that’s where hostready cleanup earns its place.

The linen tiers, clearly

Linen is the core of this package, in two tiers depending on who provides the sheets and towels:

Tier one — free changeover. When clean sets are already at the property, we strip the used linen, remake the beds, fold fresh towels. No extra charge — part of the changeover.

Tier two — supply or launder. This is the tier hostready cleanup exists for. If clean sets aren’t there, two things happen: we supply clean linen ourselves (one price), or you supply it and we take the dirty set to launder and return (another price). The charge depends on who provides it.

Bedsheets and towels: free to change when clean sets are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder linen, it’s part of our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it.

Tell us in the WhatsApp thread which way you want to run it, and we’ll quote the linen line alongside the clean. Missing replacements on arrival? We photograph the bare bed and message you before touching anything — no assumptions, no charge for a change we couldn’t make.

Restocking the essentials

The other half of the package — consumables a guest burns through, restocked so they’re not messaging you on day two. Toilet roll in every bathroom, hand soap at every sink, shower gel and shampoo where they belong, coffee and tea in the kitchen, bin liners under the sink. Got a brand or a list — specific coffee, a roll count per bathroom? Send it and we work to it. Rather not micromanage? We work to a sensible default and photograph the shelves before we leave so you see exactly what went in.

Same-day and last-minute

Plans shift. A guest checks out early, a cleaner cancels, a booking lands on short notice. Same-day cover is on request when our diary allows. Last-minute and instant backup cleans may carry an extra charge, depending on availability — named at the quote, never quietly added. Send the location and time and we’ll tell you straight.

What it costs

Hostready cleanup sits above the base general clean. Small apartments usually start from about €45 for a between-guests reset, and the hostready tier runs higher because it adds restocking and the linen service. The final figure moves with size, beds and bathrooms, who provides the linen, and timing. We price per job and per package — no open-ended hourly rate, no surprise add-ons.
