In between, there’s dust, leftover offcuts, packaging, and the fine layer that settles on every new surface once the trades leave. That gap is where we come in. This isn’t a furnished-rental reset and it isn’t a deep clean of a lived-in home. It’s the build-handover clean — debris out, dust gone, finishes protected, surfaces ready for the first viewing or the first night. Photos of the finished job land on WhatsApp before anyone picks up the keys.
Why Larnaca builds run on flight times, not site hours
Larnaca is the airport city. Owners and buyers fly into LCA, clear the terminal, and they’re at the property within the hour — so a handover booked for “Friday afternoon” can turn into “Friday morning, the flight landed early.” We plan these cleans against the flight, not the clock. A new kitchen in a Finikoudes block, a refurbed bathroom in Mackenzie, a fresh fit-out in Oroklini or Pyla — whatever the build, the clean has to be done, aired, and dry before the person collecting the keys walks in.
What the finish-clean actually goes at
There’s no guest-ready furniture to work around — usually the place is empty or part-fitted, so we go hard at what the builders left. Plaster and cement dust lifted from skirtings, window tracks, extractor vents, and behind radiators. Adhesive and label residue off new sanitaryware, glass, and appliance doors. Offcuts, packaging, and protective films bagged and removed. Floors vacuumed then mopped edge to edge, grout lines scrubbed on new tiles, and a final wipe-down of every surface someone will touch on day one. We cover finished floors and fitted units with sheeting before we start, and work room by room so we’re never dragging debris through a clean area.
Dust protection on the finishes you’ve already paid for
The expensive part of a build is the finish — the gloss kitchen, the stone vanity, the new shower glass, the oak flooring. Post-build dust scratches and dulls if it’s wiped the wrong way or walked in underfoot. Before we touch a room we lay protection on anything already completed, use the right cloths and products for each surface, and lift debris out rather than sweeping it through the place. Anything fragile gets flagged during the on-site walk and handled before the heavier work starts. You spent money on the finish. We don’t dull it on the way out.
On linen: most handover cleans have no linen change at all, since the place is empty or part-fitted. Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves. If the bed is dressed for the new owner, have clean sets on site and tell us in the booking.
Per-unit pricing for blocks and multi-flat builds
Most of our Larnaca post-build work is single flats, but we also take on small blocks and multi-unit fit-outs in Aradippou, Livadia, and around the airport in Kiti, Pervolia, and Dromolaxia. We price per unit — each flat quoted on its own size and condition — then take something off the total when there are three or more in the same building. Small flats usually start from about €45 for a standard finish-clean; heavier cleans with debris removal are quoted separately. Send the unit count, the sizes, and photos of where the build is up to, and we’ll break the price down line by line.
How we quote — photos first, walk before we lock it
For a finish-clean we quote from photos first, because that’s fast and it gets you a number the same day. For anything bigger than a single flat, we walk the site before we commit the final figure — dust level, finish condition, and access only really show in person. Send photos on WhatsApp, we send a draft quote, and if it’s a multi-unit job or a heavy build we’ll come and look. No guessing, no surprise add-ons after we start.
Booking it to the handover, not the calendar
Because the keys can move the same day a flight lands, we treat the handover date as the fixed point and work backwards. Book the clean for the day before whenever the site allows — that gives dust time to settle and the place time to air. If it has to land on the same morning, message us on WhatsApp with the area and the handover time. Same-day cover is a request when the diary allows — we’ll tell you in minutes whether we can fit it, then photo proof lands in the same thread before keys change hands.
