When the listing is yours but the island isn’t
Running a Cyprus rental from abroad breaks the same way every time. You can’t see the flat between guests. You can’t walk in after checkout and judge whether the cleaner showed. You’re relying on a five-star rating to tell you what one visit would. We close that gap. The crew cleans between guests and reports what we saw — stains, damage, missing items, a window left open, a dripping tap — with photos landing on your phone the moment we’re done. You stop guessing from reviews.
Send the address and access method on WhatsApp and we’ll quote from there.
What gets reported on every visit
After each turnover we walk the property with a camera and send a set on WhatsApp — kitchen reset, bathroom sanitised, floors mopped, beds remade if clean linen was there. Then we add what you’d want to know in the doorway: a burner that won’t light, a fridge seal coming loose, sand on a balcony, a stain we couldn’t lift. Nothing painted over, nothing skipped. You see what we see, before the next guest walks in.

Access when you’re not there to hand over keys
This is where it usually falls apart. It doesn’t have to. Send the method once — a key-box code on a Mackenzie block, a smart-lock PIN on a Nicosia serviced flat, a neighbour’s name in Pernera — and we keep it on file. If a code changed, a lock jams, or the spare isn’t where it should be, we photograph the door and message you before we drive off. No phantom cleans, no “tried and left” — if we couldn’t get in, you’ll know in minutes.
Send the access details with the first booking and we’ll handle the rest.
Linen, and what to set up before you fly out
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves. The habit that keeps remote hosting smooth is simple: leave a spare set locked in a cupboard or with a key-holder before you leave, one clean set per bed and bathroom per turnover. If we arrive and the replacements aren’t there, we photograph the bare mattress and message you before touching anything — no charge for a change we couldn’t make.
One thread for the whole south coast
You keep a single WhatsApp thread whether your listing is a studio off Makariou in Nicosia, a flat near the Limassol marina, a villa above Fig Tree Bay, or an airport-adjacent apartment in Larnaca for fly-in guests. Same crew, same photo set back to your phone. That’s the route we run; send the area and we’ll confirm. Peak weeks on the coast from June through September get tight; the earlier you send the calendar, the more reliably we hold the slot.
Send the addresses and the calendar and we’ll line the runs up across the south.
What it costs, and same-day when it’s needed
Small apartments usually start from about €45, and the figure moves with size, condition, access, and anything beyond a standard reset — an oven pull-out, a balcony deep-clean after a Saharan dust week, a mid-stay check on a villa you’re worried about. We name every extra at the quote, never afterwards. If a booking shifts or a guest extends, same-day cover is on request when our diary allows — send the location, the window, what’s needed, and we’ll say yes or no in minutes, not a vague “we’ll try”.
