July and August are the tightest weeks of the year on the east coast, so the earlier in the day you message, the more likely the slot holds.
A full reset, squeezed into the window you’ve actually got
A same-day call in Nissi is still a proper guest-ready turnover — not a quick tidy waved over the flat. We strip the beds and remake them when a clean linen set is waiting in the cupboard, sanitise the bathrooms and leave the shower glass clear, work the kitchen from surfaces to overflowing bins to floor, and mop through the living area and out onto the balcony where access is safe. Then we walk the whole place top to bottom and photograph it. Group stays leave different wear than a couple — sand ground into every corner from Nissi Beach, the odd spill or broken glass we flag before we clean around it. Linen when there’s no time to source it
Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property - we don’t supply the items ourselves.
