Villa cleaning in Paralimni

A villa in Paralimni isn’t usually a four-month summer rental. The bigger homes here sit behind the Protaras and Pernera strip, lived in by winter residents, expats who base themselves here year-round, and tenants on six- or twelve-month contracts. The handovers run on lease endings and life events — not the Saturday-to-Saturday resort cycle.

We reset those properties between occupants. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas across every floor, the patios and the poolside — all of it brought back to a standard that holds up whether the next person stays a weekend or a year. Photos land in your WhatsApp thread when we’re done, so you see the state before keys change hands.

Why a Paralimni villa isn’t a resort turnover

The villas along the Protaras Avenue corridor and up into Kapparis get different use than the coastal rentals. A guest who stayed three nights leaves a straightforward reset. A family who wintered here from November to March leaves months of real living — fridge scale, oven grease, limescale in the bathrooms, dust in closed-off rooms, scuffs on the stairwell. We read the property in front of us and scope the clean to what’s there, not a fixed checklist waved over the rooms.

That’s the difference between a turnover clean and an occupancy reset. The first assumes light use between check-ins. The second assumes someone actually lived here. A Paralimni villa, more often than the resorts, needs the second.

How we scope a bigger property

The work scales with the footprint, and we walk it before we quote. Inside, every bedroom gets stripped and remade when clean linen is on site, each bathroom is descaled and sanitised, the kitchen goes back to neutral with appliances and cupboards done, and living, dining, and stair areas are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped across all floors. Outside, the patio, dining terrace, and the hard standing around the pool are swept and the furniture reset where we can reach. We finish with a walk-through, then the photos go to you. It’s built around the size of the place — not a flat-rate clean stretched to fill the rooms.

Pools, gardens, and what stays with a specialist

We clean around the pool, never in it. The loungers, the dining set, the paving, the perimeter — swept, wiped, and reset where access allows. The water, the chemicals, the filters, and the pump belong to a pool technician, and we won’t touch them. Same for lawns and planting: we sweep up what’s already been cut, we don’t garden. If the pool looks off when we arrive — cloudy, green, low — we photograph it and message you before we start, so a tenant doesn’t raise it after they’ve moved in.

Bedsheets, towels, and what we don’t bring

Bedsheets and towels: we change them when clean replacements are already at the property — we don’t supply the items ourselves. In a Paralimni villa that’s often several sets across three or four bedrooms, so whether enough clean linen is on site matters before we turn up. If the cupboard is short when we arrive, we photograph what’s missing and message you before stripping anything — no bare beds, no surprises for the next occupant.

Pricing villas by the job

Villas are quoted per job from photos, because a 3-bed off Protaras Avenue and a 5-bed with a walled garden in Kapparis are simply different amounts of work. Bedrooms, bathrooms, stairs, condition, and the outdoor footprint all move the figure. Small apartments usually start from about €45 — villas sit higher and priced individually. Send the area, room counts, and a few photos on WhatsApp and you’ll get a clear number, not a range.

Where we clean around Paralimni

Paralimni town itself, plus Protaras, Pernera, and Kapparis — and out to Ayia Napa when the job fits. A villa somewhere we haven’t named? Send the location on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm if we can take it on. Same-day cover on request when our diary allows.
