Not every host says “Airbnb”
Plenty of properties across Cyprus never appear on Airbnb at all. You list on Booking.com, you syndicate to VRBO, you take direct bookings through your own site, or you simply rent the family flat to holidaymakers by the week. The turnover is the same job either way — reset the place between guests, make it look ready, prove it with photos. We call it holiday rental cleaning because that’s the wording you use, not because the clean is any different to our Airbnb turnovers. Same crew, same standard, same WhatsApp thread.
Send us the property on WhatsApp and we’ll quote it, then send the photos when it’s done.
One crew for every platform you list on
The hard part of running a holiday rental across Cyprus isn’t the cleaning — it’s the coordination. A Booking.com guest checks out of your Limassol flat at 11:00, a VRBO guest checks into your Protaras villa at 15:00 the same day, and a direct booking lands for your Nicosia apartment on Friday. Three platforms, three calendars, one diary to fill.
We sit on the receiving end of all of it. You keep a single WhatsApp thread with us and send each turnover as it books — area, size, access, the check-out and check-in windows. We don’t need to know which channel filled the night. We just need the dates and the door. That’s the platform-agnostic angle: one crew whether you list on one site or five. You stop juggling cleaners in different towns and start reading confirmations.
What a holiday-rental turnover covers
Every turnover is a guest-ready reset, not a quick tidy:
- Kitchen — worktops, appliances, bin, floors
- Bathrooms — sanitised, mirrors clean, restocked with what’s at the property
- Bedrooms — stripped and remade when clean linen is waiting there
- Living areas — dusted, vacuumed, mopped
- Balconies and terraces — swept where access is safe
- Final walk-through — then photos, sent on WhatsApp
We flag anything broken or missing before the next guest’s review does. Want more than the standard reset — an oven pull-out, window tracks after a dust week, a deep general cleaning between seasons? We add it to the quote. Nothing gets quietly skipped.
Peak season on the coast, year-round in the city
The pressure isn’t even across the island. From June through September, a seafront flat in Ayia Napa or a villa above Fig Tree Bay in Protaras turns over every few days — back-to-back guests, tight windows, sand everywhere. That’s where the diary gets tight and where booking the runs early matters most. The earlier you send us the season’s dates, the more reliably we hold the slots.
In Larnaca, Limassol, and Nicosia the rhythm is steadier — city breakers, business stays, longer lets — and we can usually fit a turnover around a day’s notice. A short-let cleaning cadence in the capital looks different to a peak-summer blitz on the coast, and we plan both.
Bedsheets, towels, and what we need from you
Bedsheets and towels: free to change when clean sets are already at the property. If you need us to supply or launder linen, it’s part of our hostready cleanup package — charged based on who provides it. So before each turnover, make sure a clean set is waiting for every bed and bathroom. If we arrive and the replacements aren’t there, we photograph the bare bed and message you before changing anything — no assumptions, no charge for a change we couldn’t do.
Same-day and last-minute
A guest extends a stay, a checkout moves forward, a cleaner you tried locally cancels at 09:00 — it happens every week in holiday rentals. Same-day cover is on request when our diary allows. Last-minute and instant backup cleans may carry an extra charge, depending on availability — we name it at the quote, never after. Send the location, the access window, and what needs doing, and we reply in minutes.
What it costs
Small apartments usually start from about €45. The final price moves with size, condition, access, timing, and any linen changeover. Send the area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a couple of photos and we’ll quote a clear number — no guessing.
Where we clean
Larnaca (Finikoudes, Mackenzie, Oroklini, Kiti, Pyla), Limassol (the marina, the seafront, Germasogeia), Nicosia (the centre, Engomi, Strovolos), Ayia Napa (Nissi, the harbour), Protaras (Fig Tree Bay, Pernera, Kapparis), and Paralimni. One driving route along the south coast and up to the capital — we know it well. Send the town and we’ll confirm we can take it.
